If you continually avoid contact with us, this may have a negative impact on your credit rating. This can affect your ability to raise finance, find a job or rent a property. Legal action may also be commenced against you without further notice which can result in the debt being deducted directly from your salary/wages and/or bankruptcy against you. We continue to try to contact you as long as we are collecting the debt.

How can I request my personal information? All requests for personal information must be made in writing. We have a form available for you to complete to do this as efficiently and effectively as possible. We will respond within 20 working days with the requested information and we may charge you for any costs we incur during the process.

We charge a commission for our services on a no collection, no commission basis. Therefore, our fees are taken directly from the funds collected. In the event, the debt is not recovered, there is no cost to you. Further to this, if your terms allow it with your debtor, we can add the cost of collection on top of the principal amount and collect this from the debtor. Our commission percentage varies between 25% – 35% depending on various factors such as the age of the debt, the volume of debt to refer and the amount outstanding.
